Finished yesterday with a 2000 meter swim with pro triathlete David Morgan. It was an awesome and fun workout... challenging but fun. I love swimming with outher people.
Observation: the 24 hour fitness pool in Mesquite, Texas = NASTY. The highlight was the bonus item bandaid laying face up in the middle of the lane! I think I have been spoiled by the greatness of the Landry Center.
This morning we did not get up. We had a Young Life Committee meeting last night that put us home late. Additionally, it was 26 degress when I woke up... NO WAY!

don't even get me started on NASTY pool stories!!! i can remember in a couple of practices we showed up and the lifegard was shocking the pool b/c someone beefed...our stupid couch told us to wait a little while after the shocking so we could get a work out in......uh that is a HELL NO ......gost rider!
and sorry but this one i am not going into detail...lets just say sanitary reasons for shocking the pool.....yet again i had to say no.... well i could keep going but i will sper you!!! :o)
but i do feel your pain!
